Kathak dance programme featuring noted Kathak dance exponent, Ms. Munmun Ahmed, and students of the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre on 29 January 2018 at 6 PM at the Bangladesh National Museum, Shahbagh, Dhaka

     The High Commission of India, Dhaka, is organising a Kathak dance programme featuring noted Kathak dance exponent, Ms. Munmun Ahmed, and students of the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre on 29 January 2018 at 6 PM at the Bangladesh National Museum, Shahbagh, Dhaka.

     Ms. Munmun Ahmed, who is a Kathak dance teacher at the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, Dhaka, has conducted a six-month course of Kathak dance, from July to December 2017, at the High Commission of India premises. The dance programme will be followed by awarding of certificates to the Kathak dance students by the Hon’ble Minister for Cultural Affairs, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh , H.E Mr. Asaduzzaman Noor, and the High Commissioner of India, H.E. Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla.
