Indira Gandhi Culture Centre is organising an Evening of Audio-Visual Play and songs titled ‘Fragrance of Souls’ by Cultural Group ‘Paikpara’s Impression’ from Kolkata led by Mr. Satinath Mukhopadhyay and Ms. Sharmila Bandyopadhyay on February 25, 2017 at 6 pm at Kabi Sufia Kamal Auditorium, Bangladesh National Museum, and on 26 February 2017 at 7.30pm at the Gulshan Club, Dhaka. The troupe will also perform at the Ramakrishna Mission, Jessore on February 28, 2017.
‘Paikpara’s Impression’ is a cultural organisation from Kolkata which makes research-based audio-visual-musical plays. Mr. Satinath Mukhopdhyay, an eminent elocutionist of international fame, a popular TV personality, anchor and newscaster, is the Audio-Director and Lead Actor, and Ms. Sharmila Bandyopadhyay, an eminent elocutionist, is the Director, Actress and Head of the organisation. The programme will include an Audio –Play titled “Ekusher Roddur” which will be about Bhasha Andolan; Audio-Play titled “Jani Nai To Tumi Ele” which will be about Rabindranath Tagore and Mrinalini Debi, and golden melodies of bygone days.
All are cordially invited to attend the programme on 25 February 2017 at 6 pm at Kobi Sufia Kamal Auditorium, Bangladesh National Museum, Shahbag, Dhaka, and on 26 February 2017 at 7.30 pm at Gulshan Club Dhaka, Collosseum auditorium. Entry is open to all (there is no need to collect Invitation Pass).
